Automated monitoring finds the problem. A database administrator fixes it. Our packages combine both: telemetry from every instance, alert rules tuned to your estate, and senior SQL Server DBAs on call, so that a failed backup or a blocking chain at 03:00 is handled before the business notices.

What we watch
A selection of the signals collected from every monitored instance. Thresholds are set per environment, not copied from a template.
Instance and database reachability, service restarts, Always On synchronisation state, failovers, listener health, cluster quorum.
Age of the last full, differential and log backup per database, backup destination free space, RESTORE VERIFYONLY results, encryption certificate expiry.
CPU, memory grants, page life expectancy, top waits, blocking chains, deadlocks, long-running and parallel queries, tempdb contention.
Disk and volume free space, data and log file growth, autogrowth events, VLF counts, tempdb, growth forecasts per volume.
SQL Agent job failures and overruns, SSIS and Data Factory pipeline status, replication latency, data-freshness of pipelines such as your Genesys extraction.
Failed logins, new sysadmin members, configuration drift, patch level versus current cumulative update, error-log severity 17 and above.
Common questions
A monitoring login with VIEW SERVER STATE and the minimum rights to read backup history and Agent job status. For Gold and Platinum, a separate DBA account for interventions, which you can audit. Connections run over your VPN, a jump host or our hardened gateway.
Our own monitoring platform built on native SQL Server telemetry: dynamic management views, Extended Events, Query Store and the error log. It integrates with e-mail, Microsoft Teams and common ITSM tools so alerts land where your team already works.
Yes. Azure resources are monitored through their own metrics and DMVs, with the same alert rules and the same on-call team as your on-premises instances.
Silver: your team is notified and we follow up the next business day. Gold and Platinum: the on-call DBA is paged, acknowledges within the response target, resolves or mitigates, and you receive an incident summary the next morning.
Twelve months by default, monthly invoicing, priced per monitored server. Instances can be added or removed with one month's notice.
