These terms cover the website only. Consultancy, monitoring, development and support services are delivered under a quotation, service agreement or order confirmation that sets out scope, prices, response targets and liability. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement prevails.
2. Information, prices and offers on the website
We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete, correct or up to date at every moment. Descriptions of services, package contents and response targets are a general description of what we offer and become binding only when confirmed in writing for your environment.
Prices shown on this website are in euros, exclude VAT, and are indicative. Amounts shown in US dollars are a conversion for convenience at an indicative exchange rate; we invoice in euros. Package prices are per monitored server per month unless stated otherwise, and may depend on the number of instances, the environment and the contract term. A written quotation always prevails over a price on the website.
The monitoring console, figures and case descriptions on the website are illustrations of our work. Where they are based on customer engagements they have been anonymised and simplified.

The content of this website, including text, design, logos, code samples and images, is owned by DatabaseOnline or used with permission and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
