When I started DatabaseOnline in 2001, the plan was simple: be the people a company can call when the database is the problem, and be reachable when it matters, which is rarely at ten in the morning. Twenty-five years later that is still the whole strategy.

We stayed specialised in Microsoft SQL Server because depth beats breadth when production is down. We added Genesys Cloud because our contact-centre customers had data they could not get at, and nobody else was combining the API side with the database side. We build tools like SQLTreeo because we needed them ourselves. And we monitor 24x7x365 because a promise to be there at night is not one you can hand to a ticket queue.
